Modern Slavery

Modern Slavery

1. Introduction

This Modern Slavery Statement is made on behalf of Firney Ltd ("Firney", "we", "us", "our"). It outlines our unwavering commitment to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking within our business operations and supply chains, in full compliance with the UK's Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Firney is a B2B marketing services firm headquartered in the United Kingdom. Given the nature of our business, we assess our direct risk of modern slavery and human trafficking to be low. However, we are not complacent. We will not tolerate any form of modern slavery across our business or supply chains and have implemented measures to maintain awareness and prevent any association with such practices.

This statement is made on behalf of Firney Ltd pursuant to section 54 (1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It sets out the steps we have taken during the financial year [e.g., 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025] to ensure that slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our business or supply chains.
